What’s New: Analytics, Reporting and Invoicing

This month, we’re launching a new version of  the reporting and analytics page in the Explorate App, and just in the nick of time for Q1 reporting . 

In case you missed our update on LinkedIn (you can follow us here), we’ve also added a new Features Updates page in the App, so you can stay up to date with every new feature we ship to make your life easier. 

Oh and the Invoicing section has also had a tweak that we’re sure you’re going to like.

Needless to say, it’s been a busy month for our Devs team – keep reading to learn more about our latest features.

What’s new in Analytics:

  • Advanced new features in the analytics page to help you make important data-driven decisions.
  • Additional visuals and graphics to make information about your freight more accessible, straightforward and digestible.

How this helps you:

  • Enhanced insight into shipment delays: clear visuals showing the different carriers who have handled your shipment, punctuality of each carrier and punctuality of each shipment type. Also, helpful graphics highlighting total delays, departure delays and arrival delays.
  • Better understanding of shipment types: see the different shipment types, their punctuality and their total numbers.
  • More context and reference: see the history of the feature updates and why they’ve been implemented.
  • Customised analytics page: showing the data and the statistics that matter to you and your business.

What’s new in Reporting: 

  • New dedicated Reports Page with improved usability.
  • More accessible, practical and user-oriented functionality of reports.
  • Easier ways of providing feedback and requests to our supply chain team.

How this helps you:

  • Better reporting and control: easily filter the reports’ data that you export to CSV, save a report as default or as a favourite for quick access in the future.
  • Improved navigation menu: new tab to easily access your reports via the top navigation menu
  • Improved usability: redesigned Reports Page with a centrally located drop down menu.

What’s new in Product Updates:

  • New Feature Updates page in the Explorate App showing you every new feature we ship and its key benefits.

How this helps you:

  • Clear information: list of the individual features released in each product update.
  • Easy adoption: learn more about a feature, where to find it and how to use it.
  • More context and reference: see the history of the feature updates and why they’ve been implemented.

What’s new in Invoicing:

  • New invoice feature allows you to set your preferred currency.

How this helps you:

  • Customised invoicing with the currency of your choice.
  • Time-saving: next time you check your charges, they will be in your selected currency.
